This is the best news that I’ve written all week!
Campaigners for legalising the drug have been recently delighted after official government research declared that there were strong medical benefits to cannabis.
The government’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) declared that Cannabidiol (CBD, a chemical in the plant) possesses a “correcting effect” on the user’s psychological functions. For stoners, this will be great news as it enables the government to talk about legalising weed due to its medical benefits.
The government can't profit from weed so they wanna criminalize it.

Weed is illegal because it is healthier than cigarettes. It would bankrupt the tobacco industry which funds most of the government.

Weed kills cancer cells but why is it illegal you ask? bc our government is money hungry and it costs more to treat than cure

“Since our inception we’ve worked hard to obtain our goal of breaking down the negative connotations surrounding Cannabis to lead to a reform in the law for medicinal use…now this is finally becoming a reality, which will provide ground-breaking results.”
Medical trials in CBD have recently been extremely successful- further strengthening the argument for legalisation. Should the government allow it? Let us know your thoughts.
